I'm 100％ sure I put jip_nvse.dll and ini file in Data/nvse/plugins folder, like I said, both enhanced camera and nvac.dll work fine, so why the hell I can't get this Jip to work? Is this plugin need all the DLC to function? I don't have any dlc in my game. I even download those source file in jip plugin nexus page and extract them to nvse folder…I just can't get this thing to work! For no reason.
